Echelon at Odenton is a beautiful property in an convenient location. I love the fitness center and pool. There are frequent community activities and an app so you can keep track of it all. The interior of the apartments are great with a modern kitchen and spa-like bathrooms. Major highways are near-by for my commute to work. It’s a great place to live.

I absolutely loved living here! Melissa and all the staff made it a luxury experience with their grade A service; Melissa, especially, went out of her way to prevent inconveniences from happening, without me even asking, before they happened! (Generally small things, like packages not being checked in etc). They were all very personable, remembering residents by name, and all my little quirks like having plants and needing lots of natural light, or wanting to be closer to the garage. Mind you, I had only spoken to them a handful of times, yet Melissa reached out to me to notify me of an available unit that fit all my criteria! I’ve never lived in a place that was so accommodating. Top perks: -cleaned, maintained, landscaped -covered garage -high ceilings -spacious rooms -good views -good amenities, dog park -quiet, secluded area -package room -maintenance tickets resolved extremely quickly and efficiently (generally within 24 hours!) -granite countertops -great rent value Cons: -kitchen sink and fridge small -electric coil stovetop -close to highway but far from decent grocery stores/shopping -parking is cheap but garage doesn’t cover security/theft protection The cons are quite limited and don’t affect everyone. The WONDERFUL staff really steal the show, though! Overall, I’d rate this a 10/10.
