Consistently the WORST Papa John’s pizza and service I’ve ever experienced. If I could order from another PJ’s I would. The pizzas are poorly made, not cooked to specifications. The delivery times are never right always, takes 20-30 minutes longer than quoted. The managers aren’t helpful. Just an all around poor franchise location. Update: 3/18/22 Glutton for punishment I tried again and this is the result. I’m done I’d give negative stars if I could. The whole staff needs training.

Terrible work environment. Amber Crush is a terrible person to work for. And a overall terrible person. She’s a real C U Next Tuesday. In 2016 they didn’t have air conditioning. They had a small fan. All of us line cooks would be sweating in the summer next to all the pizza ovens. Amber Crush creates a hostile work environment. For minimum wage, just work somewhere else. Don’t spend a dollar here. Spend it at Pizza Hut, better customer service and they treat their employees better.

Not bad, but never quite great either. Prices have gone up and coupons are more narrow coverage than they used to be. Supply chain constraints and inflation notwithstanding, it just feels a bit too pricey for the food you get, even among other fast food pizza. We have some local pizzerias which provide a tastier slice for less, at least. I think my biggest complaint would be that in all the years I've gone here, maybe twice I've gotten a pizza cut properly. Every other time it's cut crooked or so visually bizarre as to question if they were looking as they cut. I've since requested 'no cut' when I order from them on occasion, and at least 3 out of 5 times they follow directions. Look, it's ok pizza. It's not bad, and I'll say their crust is kinda tasty to dip. But it's a bit on the steep end for 'ok pizza'

Ordered a pizza for delivery and my soggy pizza is absolutely soaked in who even knows what… maybe grease? Not at all edible. I tried calling the store but it’s just rang indefinitely.
