The laundry room is disgusting, machines barely work, dryers rip holes in clothes. Parking spots are tiny Actual apartments are whatever. Floors kinda uneven, bad paint jobs (paint is peeling), one of our light fixtures was painted shut, front door doesn't close, parking sucks. It's mostly bearable once you get used to it, but they're incredibly overpriced. The prices they're charging new tenants is astronomical for what these apartments really look like

I do not understand why the charges you with 80 dollar for the pool and always is close and I personal do not use the pool but they charges you no matter what

DO NOT RENT HERE! We been living more than 7 years also it's true they do charge a fee if you are late few days, lots of Cockroach and they will craw on you when u are sleeping and yes service are also bad they won't do nothing when you complain to them and those exterminators that come don't do anything yes parking is also small and tight.
