I started doing business with Tivol in 2010 with Robert Girard. A Wonderful relationship that has continued on since Robert's retirement from the Retail World. The time came to purchase more jewelry. With out question Tivol was my store but needed to find a new "Robert"! After a couple visits it was decided Annie Powell was my new go to. Annie is absolutely amazing to work with. Purchasing jewelry for me is a very personal thing and I need a trustworthy associate on the other side of the counter that is making sure I'm getting the best quality for my budget. Annie is that person and I appreciate the friendship that has developed. There is nothing better than when you can do business with a friend. Picked up a new two-tone Sub this past weekend for my 40th Birthday. Denise Baker made the magic happen . I had been waiting over two years for the Blue Face to come in and two days prior to my big day I got the text… “I’ll have your watch here by 2:00pm tomorrow, happy early Birthday!” She is a Saint! Great Service and Great People to work with. Tivol has my business for life!
