Just stopped by to get advice on how to take care of a nail in one of my tires. Joseph was absolutely great, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. In no time, he had my tire fixed and my car ready to go. Because I was so impressed by his advice and overall customer service, I ordered a complete set of tires. Plus he gave me a good price on them. I highly recommend that shop.

Careless customer service. Made appointment online for tires to be changed. Dropped the car off on time just to find out it will take 3 hrs to get it down. That was a first surprise - last time I did whole set of new tires at Costco it took them 1hr 15min. What's the point on making an appointment, when my car cannot be done on time. Anyway - was told they will call me when done. NOBODY bothered to call, when I called them 4 hrs after the drop off, they said they forgot to call when it was done. I'm glad I didn't have any other appt to attend that day, or I would be screwed.
