Staff needs to be educated on their menu I specifically asked if the steak Panini had onions they said no meanwhile I eat almost all of it in the dark in the car crunching on stuff, turned on the light and there are onions in it. Now I'm going to have to suffer for a couple of days because of the ignorant staff. I tried to call them and explain and they hung up on me and did not answer when I tried to call back.

I had ordered a grilled chicken chipotle burrito, it was just ok. The meat seemed a bit undercooked the vegetables in it seemed wilted. Not real tasty. It was served with kettle fries and a drink. Price was fair at less than $10. Also had a grilled chicken and cheese panini. Again, flavor is lacking. It tastes very bland. And it was made with mayonnaise which I don't really like. The combination of cheese with mayonnaise seemed weird. The cashier I had difficulty understanding and so my order was not how I wanted. He was a bit abrupt and did not seem familiar with the menu. I went through drive through, the line was short and moved quickly. I have had their coffee and it's not very good.

I went there tonight to buy donuts and I had a reward for 4 free donuts. Not only did they not let me use the reward at the store, they gave me the wrong donuts and wasted 40 minutes of my time. When we asked the guy at the counter he said we would have to buy 4 donuts first and then we would get them free. We bought the 4 donuts to get the other 4 free, and the guy ended up telling us we couldn’t use the reward. Horrible experience, just don’t waste your time and go to Dunkin.

I absolutely love this place! The workers are very polite and I get good/quick service . My friends and I come here frequently and we always enjoy to coffee. I definitely recommend coming here!
