Went to my doctor to get an annual Pap smear done. They sent the lab work to LabCorp. Long story short, I’m now being charged $70 for an annual Pap smear. I’ve been trying to work with my insurance and LabCorp but LabCorp refuses to help or listen and are threatening to send my bill to collections. Terrible customer service all around.

My wife and I went seperately to take a simple blood test. The evidence of the blood test on our arms scared us and our grandkids. I wish I could take pictures to show you, the horror of what happened to our arms. I could not find anyway to send pictures to the head quarters to show you and talk to somebody. Did an at home Covid Test several times, followed the instructions, very satisfied with this location. Results within 24 hours, easy to do and best part you don't have to pay for shipping lol. For future notes, don't have such a large package slip lol ☺️

Amanda in Galloway location front desk representative had poor customer service no patients when speaking and short tempered. As a healthcare professional you suppose to be sympathetic, calm, have patients and most importantly have people skills. Amanda (Labcorp rep) got frustrated cause my script was emailed to me not them. Which is a simple solution. Amanda told me very rudely I can go to another Labcorp and got up and walked away from her desk area and another lady came over apologized and assisted me. Amanda is very rude need to take a customer service class or find another profession.
