I am extremely livid with this office today! I visited the office for a well check after my 8 month old daughter who hit her head. The front office assistant was pleasant and told me my baby could be seen at 9:50. Before I could sit down to wait for a dr to see her, one of the medical assistants walked up and started going on and on about accepting walk ins. She was so aggressive to the point where another staff member told her to "settle down" The front office assistant then told me "yeah you'll have to take her somewhere else because she's saying it will be longer to see your child" WHAT???!!! I asked who is she that after you said my daughter could be seen, now she's being dismissed. She stated that the young lady was a M.A. Absolutely no regard for my child. Treated simply like a number. As a concerned mother its Absolutely unacceptable to be disregarded that way. My baby has been coming there since she was born and as much as I love Dr. Burkett, we will NEVER be returning. I left that office in tears concerned for my child and not knowing what to do after being turned away by her Dr's office.

I went to the Pediatric Associates office with my 3 children yesterday, first time but I was amazed by the beautiful office, wonderful providers, courteous staff, convenient parking and comfortable office. Dr. Lori Colan is awesome, she was so nice, funny and interacted with my kids to make them feel relaxed, comfortable about being there for the first time, she was very patient with them, took her time to answer all of our questions and concerns. Two thumbs up for her! I’ve been going to a pediatrician office with my kids for more than 12 years, great doctor but since he retired services at his office have been terrible so I heard about Pediatric Associates, I decided to go to them yesterday. I was nervous because changes never easy and I did not regret my decision, this office makes a real reputation for itself on outstanding work, As a mother of 3 I really appreciate their kindness and expertise.
