From the appointment process, website, greeting and treatment process I was impressed. Staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Customer service is very important to me. Lexi performed my hydrafacial. She was nice, answered all of my questions and was very professional. I appreciated her walking my through the process. I will definitely return and make this facial a routine.

I have been here a few times, and they provide great and friendly service. I recently had Jessica help me fix my previous fillers due to them being lumpy. I did a dissolver with her and Botox for my first time, her service is excellent! She’s friendly, helpful, and explains everything throughly and makes sure you are satisfied before leaving. My experience with her was so great I decided to come back to her a few weeks later to redo my filler and I couldn’t be happier ! Clean environment and great staff ! Would recommend to anyone

I had a great experience today! The front desk staff was welcoming and quick with checking you in. The MA was awesome and shared her experience with fillers. Today was my first time with fillers and when the MA shared her experience that put me at ease. The NP Alana Swift, she was great! She was very informative about the process and provided info on the aftercare. She also answered all of my questions. I definitely appreciated Alana checking to make sure I was okay after the injections. I will be back and definitely recommend Belle Vie.

Miss Sara is the best and the receptionist there make the experience so calming and the ambient relaxing.
