Do you have replacement cushions

Ebel is able to make replacement cushions for all of their current collections and most of their discontinued collections, however they currently do not sell directly to the public. You must visit a local Ebel dealer to purchase the cushions. I would suggest bringing in a picture of your pieces so that the dealer knows exactly which cushions are needed.

does ebel make waterproof covers for their furniture?

At this time, Ebel does not sell furniture covers. They recommend visiting the dealer you purchased the pieces from to gather their recommendations for patio furniture covers.

What is the proper protocol to seek replacement of new furniture that was delivered damaged? I sent pics and an email to the retail vendor 2 months ago, but no response except that he was forwarding pics to Ebel.
