This is my first& last visit. The front desk lady dosen't even acknowledged you when you sign in or check out. She dosen't even speak or even try to comprehend English instead she gets frustrated & yell at the patients & yes I have a recording of her doing that. This is Miami get someone who is fluent bilingual in English/Spanish & English/Creole. I waited almost 2hrs for my daughter appt. Than the doctor complaining to me she so busy she didn't even take lunch yet. I don't play with my child health & I don't trust this clinic they are all over the place. They don't have no compassion or care for their patients.

My husband need referred from primary doctor Valentin Andre about appointment for pulmonary Ignacio Cedan i requested last Friday 06/03/2022 and until today is not ready.Call yesterday and coming today still waiting on the seat and resolve this problem pulmonary is on schedule to 06/13/2022 at 8:45 am what I have to do because this is serious bad service

They make appointment via telephone and NEVER CALL! Prescriptions are requested by pharmacies and they NEVER fill them! I am ALWAYS calling them to make sure that they do fill it! The office at Jackson North! Is far the worse! They never answer the phones or call you back! DMC has become disgusting! I’ve been using this facility for over 6 years! And NOW they simply could care Less! Even trying to get referrals done is a headache! Thank god for emergency rooms because waiting on DMC you can die!

Cristina at check out was amazing! She was super patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. Everyone works very efficiently and smoothly. I would 100% recommended Doctors Medical Center!
