Dryer's never work. Wall and floor never cleaned. You can hear everything through walls. Takes months to fix anything.

The rent is ok , but you definitely have to worry about your safety.... They have squatters and homeless people coming in these apartments and sleeping on the stairway...the hallways and entry way smells of mildew and definitely not clean..the manager only cares about getting the rent..they do not do any up keep on this apartment it took over 4 months just for the Maintenance man To come fix necessities needed in the apartment like stove, fridge, toilet, and etc....I only suggest this apartment if you are extremely in need of a place asap, out of options or just cant afford anything but this.. Also beware of bugs, cockroaches Beatles water bugs any kind of bugs. They do come spray I believe a monthly or twice a month basis which helps but doesn't last. I actually have my own bug guy come and spray my apartment even when they do this because what they do is not Thorough !!! Only one positive is the rent and affordability

Lights and water I believe. I clean a residence there. Can ask in the morning and post! It is right on the square of independence. Got a church next door and property manager is right down the street
Maybe if you're desperate. Lived there for almost three years and had nothing but trouble. Shoddy maintenance, crumbling walls, settled floors, pest problems. Top it off with gossipy neighbors and a property manager that fuels their fire, and I say save your money and look elsewhere.
