*NEW OWNERSHIP* 2022 I do not live there, nor would I ever. I generally don't post negative reviews, as I believe that anyone working in public has bad days, and unless I have received terrible service repeatedly, there is really no reason to to speak negatively about a business. Now, my lifelong best friend lives here. She is a physically disabled single mother. She has always paid her rent, plus late fees (because her disability check is paid to her after the 5th of the month. It's bad enough that this property wouldn't adjust the due date to accommodate, but rather took her for over $100/mo extra -EVERY MONTH-, knowing she survives solely on this stipend each month). Jan 25, 2022, a letter was written to her, stating that the new owners would not be renewing her lease, and she has to vacate by Feb 28, 2022. My friend was advised that, by law, they are required to give her 60 days notice, not 30-ish. Needless to say, she cannot just pack up and move. Not only does she have no family, she cannot drive (due to blindness); she MUST have kidney dialysis multiple times each week; and it is impossible to save for a new home while living on disability, much less in 30 days. Furthermore, how can ANYONE find adequate housing in that short time?! She has tried to discuss this with someone in the office, but of course they don't answer calls or return messages. She and her daughter are about to be homeless at the hands of these monsters. It is disgusting! Shame on them all! A disabled single mother! Unbelievable! Edit: My friend was allowed to stay and sign a new lease... for a rent increase of around $200 (I cant fathom paying $1,000/mo for her apartment! And nothing has improved there)!!!! Plus, they will continue to make her pay the late fees every month because of the timing of her SOLE income, a disability check. And now there are some other very intrusive issues from the management included. Is this retaliation? 🤔 She has nowhere else to go or she would.

I love these apartments. Staff and Management are very kind and helpful. We have a wonderful Groundskeeper/Maintenance man named Jeremy and I hope he never leaves us. Great place to live ❤️

I would rate it 0 stars if i could. These apartments are terrible. Dorian the leasing agent does not know how to communicate thinks that text messaging is the best form of contact even when a call is requested multiple times. I moved in January 5th and the property has not had any one in maintenance since that date. When moving in was told would have brand new carpet, false there were stains all over my carpet, it had only been cleaned. My garbage disposal did not work and still doesn't. My hot and cold controls in my bathtub leak when turned on. Their solution to that was to glue a plastic piece up to keep the water in the tub. This whole company is a joke. I got a call yesterday due to me calling and complaining to get something done, i get a call saying that "feel free to move out. Im canceling your lease". Then i call today and Dorian swears up and down she never called me. Everything is disappointing.
