Liberty’s help and direction through the application process was very professional and courteous. She was on-time for the walk-through and very knowledgeable about the complex grounds and the details about the apartment, garages, carports and storage facilities. Liberty was also short staffed at my arrivals and was able to juggle several office responsibilities and still provide a great tour and sit-down Q&A session afterwards.

I have lived here for over five years and for the most part it’s pretty nice and they do a decent job keeping things nice However the grounds and landscaping puzzle me There are a few buildings that have huge patches of dirt and landscape fabric seeping up from under rocks used to help with run water This kind of stuff goes untouched while other stuff and other areas get grass seed and new patches of grass Are some buildings favorites of management and others not? Can’t figure out the rhyme or reason But it looks terrible and sticks out like a sore thumb in comparison The rust on our stairs ain’t great either but they’re pretty good about replacing those

Maintenance crew did an excellent job with repairs. No more drippy faucets and the new microwave with all features working properly🤗. Work order addressed in a timely manner. 👍
