Owners change up management companies every few months and never fix anything! They illegally try to upcharge rent at every renewal more than the ten percent allowed by law…then they put in the lease the additional 50 is for “water” then the next year an additional 50 for “gas” plus the maximum they can raise rent! 5 years here & nothing has been done to fix simple issues! Had to furnish our own refrigerator because their maintenance took ours to another unit the day before moving in! Never painted the walls, never put trim back on the floors(we still have their trim in our apartment utility closet.) This winter, we have had NO HEAT the entire winter and have been using space heaters since they can’t seem to keep any decent maintenance people around that can fix the heat issue!! MONTHS of NO heat, leaking toilet, and some nasty black stuff backing up into our bathtub has got us ready to go to court! They never fixed the faucets that are imbedded in the tub either or even simple light fixtures that don’t work!! They threaten to evict you if you don’t agree to sign another lease! DO NOT rent from this place!!!

Covid has given a lot of people an excuse not to do their job. I've called This place SEVERAL TIMES.. left SEVERAL MESSAGES.... nobody returns a call nobody ever answers the phone... It's just ridiculous...

I've lived in Stone oak apartments for quite some time and love the spacious apartment and amenities that I have such as two bedroom, dishwasher, dining room, ceiling fans, access to washer and dryer and close access to shopping, restaurants and right off the highway. The grounds are always well kept and Sandy is always very nice! Great place!
