I called before closing (I'm pretty sure) and the hold message continued to state that my estimated wait time would be less than one minute - on and on. I waited for over 30 minutes... until I figured they either must not bother to put on a "closed" message on OR they just didn't want to bother with my call and left for the day. Hold time less than 1 minute? Not professional, Orem City!

Absolute crooks. Told me I had a month before my account went to collections after a house fire forced me to close the account and relocate. Sent me to collections 10 days earlier. Waited for any contact from collections to dispute, never came. Instead they sued me, lawyer never responded, now I owe 4x what my bill was.
