Hopefully I could give negative ⭐. I would give - 4 ⭐. How could the kitchen or staff mess or forget a complete order, that too the appetizer, which I ordered with my drink's. I was there for my wife's birthday, on the request and persistence of my son. Which after his first experience said would not go to such hopeless place. A very very bad experience. The manager also didn't care for what was going wrong. It was not only me other tables also had some or other issues..

Great place to take friends or family to. We came for the pizookie which is hot and generously stacked. But the food is amazing too! The pizzas are made to order and loaded with toppings. The burgers juicy and the sauces/marinades give a wonderful kick. I had the bison burger and the sauce really made this the best bison I have had so far. The weekend prime rib (we ordered rare) is tender and juicy from edge to edge, comes with a full size salad or soup, and a pizookie!

I have to say a huge thank you kudos to Asa!!! He was assisting our big party of 17 and boy was he amazing! Great attitude, patient, attentive, easy going, knowledgeable he was just amazing straight across the board! Haven’t had great customer service like this in a while. Great job BJs, thank you! Came in for a business meeting. Food and service were great. We opted to just do happy hour appetizers. Happy with the choices. Good house blonde beers. Sliders were really good and a great price during happy hour. Really a good chain restaurant!
