Food was terrible. They get one star, The highlight of being in this facility is the TLC and excellent service given by the physical/occupational team they have. They get 5 stars. The majority of the LVNs are great.

My mother just got discharged after a few weeks. She broke her pelvic bone. She was discharged without any pain medication. I just called and got a standard response that in summary was that there is nothing that can be done. In the meantime my mother will be in pain. Thanks Mission Care. You failed. Update It is almost 10pm. My mother is in pain because you failed to include her pain medication.. You offer no solution except to show up in the morning. This is unacceptable.

Very poor patient care and follow up one night nurse for 35 patients, totally not acceptable. I recently had a relative there who passed. I'm still waiting for a call from this butcher shop. You would have better luck sending your loved one to Auchwitz He was forced to lie in soiled linen for hours, before he was tended to.

What a beautiful facility! I took my grandmother in following her surgery and as I wheeled her to the front I was met with a pleasant smell at the door. Very well maintained and clean facility. Any staff that we worked with over the phone were Always so friendly and positive. The administrator answered the phone a couple times and was nice enough to take my grandmother the phone himself! Just awesome service!!! I was a little skeptical about her improving given her age, but therapy really catered a rehab plan for her and grandma was home in just a few short weeks. We even got a follow up call to see how she was doing, that is something I did not expect at all! Service is really patient centric - very positive experience. Thank you MISSION CARE!
