Coming from work hungry got off the ten freeway my kid calls me. Get some Pizza Hut stuff crust. Pull up order two. 35 and change. Guy at the desk said I should have gone to McDonald’s cause I said I was starving. Ok what ever 15 minutes ok. Well no I saw it was 25 going on the half. Then he says your still here? Then he tells me one of my pizzas is ready but the other one is there. Then he comes back and tells there’s none. Says I’m sorry. So now 40 minutes. I just asked for my money back. Now I’m wondering if they even returned my money. Terrible just terrible.

I would expect my order to be right and my pizza not sit on your rack for almost 30 minutes before we can take it home. I am a restaurant owner and would not tolerate this kind of customer service. On top of all that, when we brought both pizzas home, the pizza orders were wrong. Both pizzas had an ingredient our son was allergic to. Shame on you and your company

SOOO, I picked the pizza up after getting off work. I didn't open and check the box bc it was taped, assuming it's safe to not check over there bc of covid. Got home, opened the box and this was how it looked without me even touching the pizza yet. What should I think of this? Eat, throw it in the trash or drive another 20mins back to tell them to give me a new one? AHHHH this was supposed to be my dinner!!!! :(

I ordered a large three topping pizza and garlic Parmesan wings that only had four wings in it and was charge for more. Then to top it off the pizza they gave me wasn't my pizza at all and the crust was thick and doughy not cooked at all. Then when I received my original order my pizza was the wrong crust had more sausage and hardly any vegetables that I could see. The wings tasted sour like they had lemon on them. I called them all they said was sorry I can give you store credit. Emmm no I want my money back worst experience ever here.
