We have been with H2go for over 10 years now. Have not had an issue with them, until today. Our street has been put on a water boil advisory, which is not the issue what so ever. The issue is the extreme lack of communication to customers as well as a customer service representative that showed zero concern. My husband works for a different utility company so I am well aware of the protocols they have in place to make sure their customers know what is going on. If my family's health could potentially be at risk from the water we consume, I would like to have confidence that my water company would communicate that affectively.

Horrible company!!! Got charged twice, called to speak to a very rude representative only to be told the only way to get refunded is for them to send a check by mail.

I have been paying my bill online on my account for a year. Then I noticed that I have been paying the current month and the past due amount. I printed my payment history off the H2GO website that shows my monthly payments. I tried to explain to the customer service person that I have receipts for each payment. She responded as though I were lying. So I sent all my payment history and receipts via email to the manager. She never addressed the receipts and printout reflecting payments. They told me to bring in my bank account information. Well I paid from a Visa card I received from AT&T so no record. How can a company just ignore their own receipts. I went into the office yesterday with a cashiers check. Attempted to explain to the employee that I have been paying online and have receipts but the payments are not reflecting on their computers. She ignored me completely.

Never received a letter or phone call stating my bill was passed due went to use my water it was off went to the building to pay I owed only 100$ then when explaining to the lady what I needed such as my account number so I could pay it online she cut me off and yelled “address” short white lady pencil thin eyebrows and her hair slicked back. Idk who does the training here for how this company conducts business but I have never been treated so bad in my life.

We were told that the irrigation monthly fee is a flat $20 dollars no matter how much water is used.Is that true? Seems to me that you are billed at a lesser rate since there is no sewer charge but the charge begins at $20 and goes up from there.

No. That is not true. If you have a separate irrigation meter your base fee is 14.00/mo. Which does not include any usage. Usage is 4.90/1000 gal.

Franklin Electric has 10 HP Deep well submerseable pumps for $3200+. They say they are in stock. Is that all we are waiting for our clean water?
