Oh my gosh....I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS. The manager who was working on changing the sign on drive thru, didn't acknowledge that I pulled up, didn't say hey it will be just a moment. Nothing...I sat there thinking if I wait nicely for a couple minutes maybe she will acknowledge me....but no. So I thought since she isn't even looking at me, let alone saying one word, maybe I should pull up to window. Maybe the speaker isn't working. Now I go to window, mind you I am just picking up a doordash order. So it's already been ordered through the computer, and And of course at the window I get no acknowledgment I am trying to appreciate low staff and hard times and so I waited there for 4 or 5 minutes with nobody acknowledging me at all clearly as she was putting stuff up at the windows at the speaker sign she knew I had pulled up she knew I was there it was so rude so rude and And so I honked my horn to try to get somebody's attention because again I'm doing doordash and just trying to do my job she's finally comes to the window and berates me as to the fact that I should have sat there while she was putting up the signs at the speaker without any acknowledgment of my arrival or existence I should have stopped there allowing her to do that as long as she wanted and waiting to be acknowledged and then do whatever I was supposed to do I don't know I am shocked at the treatment and surprised endsurprised and I don't know exactly what I could have done differently done differently so that's what really sucks the really put a s***** point on my day on my day so Jack in the Box I don't know what kind of business model you have and I know it is hard to find people to even work so so maybe nothing can be done but what a horrible experience and what a terrible way to try to make money as business

Twice now I’ve ordered the two-taco meal and they’ve been stone cold. Got the bag handed to me, pulled over right away to park and the packet seemed cold. Took a bite - completely cold. Went back and had them re-make it. That was ok. Then it happened again a week later. They say they cook it for two minutes, but the re-made tacos this time seemed barely warm. Had them cook it twice as long. I reported this to their corporate offices. About two weeks later they asked if the local manager contacted me. The manager had not and I told them. No response from them after that. I don’t go there any more. EDIT: I already contacted the corporate office once. You’ve got all my info. No sense doing it again. Fix it or don’t; I’m not going back.

Today when I went to this location I went through the drive through. I order 2 number 7’s and asked for ranch at the box. Then we pulled up, and I saw there was a good food sauce and I asked the women about it at the window, she ignored me and said “you want it .25 cents” I asked for two! And we waited for 5 minutes for our food. Then she handed me our drinks and I noticed I didn’t have straws so I went to ask for them but before I could ask the window was shut. So I waited till she noticed us waiting still. She opened the window with a discussed look and I said can I have some straws and she talked over me and said please ( I was going to say please) and then she hands me the straws and told me thank you. I told her I don’t need you to teach me manners. So I felt super disrespected the way hole time. I got home and called the store to speak with the “manager “ she answered the phone and I asked to speak with a manager and she said I am the manager, and i said can I speak to another manager and she told me “because I taught you manners?” And I asked for corporates number and she told me it’s on the receipt. And refused to give me her name, I then looked at the receipt and it was blank. And I spent 27 dollars here to be talk to that way. I then went to eat my food and it wasn’t even what I ordered and it had no sauce on it. Little to say I will never ever come here again!

When you think of something quick, a Jack in the Box at Lake Jennings exit, Lakeside, CA is a close stop for us. We got up to the drive thru window and the staff seemed stressed and it took a few minutes to get our order. We went around the front & parked to eat in the car, and as soon as my husband took a bite of his Fish fillet sandwich, he stated it was too hard & dry! I then took it back & walked in the store to have it remade. The crew member at the counter responded - "I'm not the Cook!" after I asked him to have this sandwich remade. He then walked away, and a female crew member came up and I stated the same issue. She, on the other hand, stated - "I don't Cook", I don't know how"! And at this point, I observed that these crew members are not trained at all on how to respond to customer issues, even refer it to their Supervisors. I then asked to speak to the Manager, and this young lady had an attitude at this point, went to the back & the lady Manager came up after her. The Manager responded to my request by saying - " We just made that and it's fresh!" I had to hold up the fish fillet sandwich & opened it to show her how dark it is & how hard- over cooked. I stated my request again & to pls remake one & not overcook it. She walked away & I waited a good 20 mins to have a sandwich remade! A very poorly run operation, the staff has no guest service skills, an average busy 2pm lunch pace, they were stressed, no strong direction, staff at the counter asking customer if they ordered a certain sandwich & auctioning it off, as they do not know who it belongs to. Finally received my sandwich, & unfortunately, this experience will make us never come over to this location again.

Not that I'm aware of. You are at the mercy of the employees fufilling your order.
Well there are two ways of looking at this. You can say it took so long to make your food, because they made it from scratch. But we know that's not true because, is Jack in the Box. Your food was cooked months ago and then Frozen. And then of course the second way of looking at it is that maybe Jack in the Box just has bad service. After all, it is Jack in the Box.
