The food here is good, but the service is incredibly freaking bad. It's taken forever for me to get my food. I got here and ordered at 6 (it's a quarter after 6 now) and I'm still waiting for my food. It isn't like there's a lot of people, either.

Well there are two ways of looking at this. You can say it took so long to make your food, because they made it from scratch. But we know that's not true because, is Jack in the Box. Your food was cooked months ago and then Frozen. And then of course the second way of looking at it is that maybe Jack in the Box just has bad service. After all, it is Jack in the Box.
