I was greeted immediately upon entering the door. Was seated and waited on. Pedicure was ok; we had a bump or 2 that we worked through. I decided to get eyelash extensions. Pricey ($35) for the strip but she (Tracy) claims they will last 2 weeks or more if I pamper them. She did do extra steps to seal the lash.We shall see. because I like the natural look. I medium this time and I got eyebrow sculpting. She did do a demo and said if I don't like it don't pay. Let me tell you, I look fabulous. The next day at work I received some many compliments be everyone I encountered. Tracy did magic on my thin difficult brows. I love it! I will be babysitting these brows. It's worth it! Thank you Pronails manager who did my pedicure. Thank you Tracy!!! I will be back in 2 weeks!

I have been coming here since I was a teenager. Today was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The gentlemen who did my manicure started by having me sit my nails in a bowl of acrylic while he went outside to smoke a cigarette. I don’t believe he washed his hands when he came back in. Then he proceeded to take the gel polish I got here 2 weeks ago off of my nails. When he went to use the nippers, he attempted to act like he was dipping them to get any dust off…I asked him if he was going to clean them. He constantly was stopping to talk to the two ladies behind him. Also completely ignored my visible hangnails until I said something. The other two women who worked there, constantly stared at me and smirked as he did my nails. He also dropped a glob of nail polish on the table and proceeded to have me put my hand there under the uv light in order to dry. My hand got stuck to the polish. When I went to pay he quoted me $35. I paid $30 for the manicure and polish he took off two weeks prior at this location. The lady who was smirking proceeded to tell me that it was $35 because I had polish on. The same polish I paid extra for in this salon. That is absurd. I have never had an experience such as this one. I paid it and told them this was my last time patronizing this nail salon. It is not as it used to be. I have recommended several people here over the years but not anymore
