Scam..beware I had iphone which was iCloud locked phone and they told me it will take 3-4 weeks to get it unlocked and they charge fees in advance and i was told what I would pay at front will be added to total cost ,they made me wait 6 month saying unlock is not available and they cant unlock and they would not refund ,,they did this second time in 3 year,first time I thought I had a issue with my phone so they could not do it but Now it make sense that it is their scam practice . (1) whatever priblem you have in phone they will say they can fix it and they will make u pay at front from $30 to $50 even though they know it wont (2) they will keep promising until u get tired and ask them for your device (3) they will not refund any money and you will end up paying for nothing but scam Scammers ,I have already complaint to consumer department and I have receipt and everything

DONT go here! they lie, I paid 150 to have a iPhone 13 unlocked! I was told it takes 1-3 days , and the guy would call with a code. For the last 2 weeks he been telling me a different pay sending fake apple messages! now he telling me the apple Team don’t work on weekends😂 are u serious? Now after I went up there after 14 days of him having my money, he told me 1-5 days it’s day 8 and my phone STILL ISNT UNLOCKED. And they don’t do refunds I’m confused! they just need to shut the store down they SCAM ! they lie!
