Based on my experiences here, many of the employees are conceited and not the friendliest. Gets busy in here at times. Decently clean environment. Not the best nor worst bank I've seen.

I went to open a business bank account for my registered business. Non english speaking manager harassing me at door about what my business there is. I'm calmly explaining to him I'm opening a business account and I already have all necessary paperwork. He then proceeds to checklist my paperwork verbally while standing, I don't get treated like a valued customer because it's after work and I'm dirty event though my personal bank acc is with Wells Fargo. Once I make it clear I have all necessary paperwork via PDF he then proceeds to say he can't help me unless it's in print form. Whether that's true or not isn't the issue. But the way I was treated is just despicable. It's like they didn't want to help me open a business account. But the worse part about it is a non english speaking personnel raising his voice at me for no apparent reason on if I even have my paperwork?

Very Rude bankers!! When I come in, I never get greeted by the person just standing there by the door, they just look at me. Once in line, they only had 2 tellers helping. When it was my turn the teller turn me back yelling at me in Spanish to get back in line, and proceeded to help a Employee with his banking??? while there is a very long line. Finally when I go up to her, she does not apologies for the long wait, and proceeds to act very rudely. When the transaction is done, she proceeds to throw my cards and then never says thank you or nothing. Not the first time! Theses people need to be retrained on hospitality, customer service and HOW TO BE NICE AND NOT YELL!!!!

All I wanted was a notary -- and this demonic man was absolutely the worst! I went there twice and he said I did not have the latest version of a notary form -- he could have been a decent person but decided to be a total tool. I went to my Postal Annex and they did a great job. RAFAEL PALACIOS YOU NEED TO GO TO JESUS. GOD BLESS AMERICA!
