Supervisor shardnee or what ever how you spell her name. Was very not helpful. Asked for changed and gave limitations on how much I can get !. Rude service when I explain to her this is only here how I get treated. I go to different location they do welcome me and are way nicer. I even mention different bank dont even give limitations. Her reply was ITS YOUR CHOICE ! U CAN GO THERE. !

DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK if you want ANY assistance in finding out what are the appropriate "higher" Chase sources to go to, in order to get a lien put on an account! The manager will just refer you to "Customer Service" (where the operators BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH!), and then give you the WRONG CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THE CHASE SOURCE TO ATTEMPT TO GET YOUR ISSUE RESOLVED! The manager here is COMPLETELY INEPT, and has NO BUSINESS RUNNING AN ELECTRIC BLANKET MUCH LESS A BAN BRANCH!

Awful experience here. I have never over withdrawn on my account. They verified a check, and still would not release my funds. Manager wasn't available, gone for 2 days so I couldn't get my money. Staff was rude and condescending. I felt I was being racially profiled even though I have cashed multiple checks from the same person and same account. Completely horrible experience. Do NOT go to this branch. They should close this branch down to do a complete customer service training.

This has nothing to do with the staff. So, I was in this branch a few hours ago. I saw something strange and bit off. Chase has automatic tellers now, I only saw 2 human tellers working. This is just corporate greed to cut down on paying employees. Chase is the biggest bank in the U.S., but just like Verizon. This corporate companies rather save a few bucks then pay their employees a decent salary. Saddening. It felt quite satisfying closing my account, and taking my business to a credit union. Friends have told me that smaller credit unions give better customer service, we shall see.

You can open the act completely online or in person only. The process will be the same.
I think the max is like most other atms, $500.
