He also answered my questions about other banking services. I will be back and I live down in 92154 area but would like to see him again because he gets it. I gave Wells Fargo a second chance even after they opened a credit card under my name without my permission. I hoped things would have changed but not only was it extremely difficult to cash my check but also the customer service was below par.

When getting rolls of quarters DO NOT leave without counting them! There will most likely be a quarter missing from the roll. It's super irritating and happens often. I've been coming into this branch for just a year and I've been shorted 3 times...that I've noticed! I can't imagine how many customers this is happening to. Wells Fargo, you guys need to do some QC! Either someone there or an affiliate is making a side profit off of us banking members. Not cool!
