I had a new headliner installed on my 2006, Chevrolet, 3500, crew cab. Very responsive. Very fair price, professional, delivered on time. Better than factory. Can't tell the difference from factory new. I would highly recommend. I will use them again on seat covers.

Dropped off a center console for my truck to have it wrapped with the leather I provided, to match my custom interior. I simply do not have much time these days and figure this would not be a big deal for a shop. He called me on the day promised to let me know he had an emergency and could not complete it on time. I let him know my wife was already on the way but I could call her. He told me he could do it real quick and I let him know I rather him take his time and not rush it, the next day would be fine, as this was not a daily driver anyhow. When I inspected the completed unit the next day I was a bit dismayed to see the poor reassembly practices. The wireless charger cable was half the length and when I turned it over I noticed 3 all of the screws were over tightened and some went through the plastic. When I disassembled the console, the bracket (pictured) was bent and not even connected with the screw, why? The screw was stripped on the primary hinge assembly. The wire was also routed to the wrong end. The leather was installed using staples, not adhesive as it should have been, and there were areas on top that were popping up (bubbles) due to this. I had to replace the screw with a larger one, straighten the bracket, reroute the cable, and was careful reassembling the entire console without putting the screws through the now larger holes he created. BTW, I installed the wireless charger, a factory unit, 2 months ago, so I know none of this existed prior to me dropping this off. This is a perfect example of why I do not trust shops. Will never return.

Stunning craftsmanship! I was so incredibly impressed with the headliner replacement that Tito completed on our 92' Camry. He removed a factory vinyl headliner and replaced it with beautiful fabric. Do not hesitate with Tito's. Their work is about as good as it gets, and Tito is a gentleman. A pleasure to work with.
