Incredibly frustrated. I have panels on my roof that are going to sit for weeks because no one at this useless company listed to me months ago when I said the panels would not fit the way they did them. They came out to do my install and the panels would not fit on my roof the way they were in the layout, what a shocker. I told freedom they would not fit in May they come to install them in July and they don't fit. Now the change has to be approved again after it took a month to get the existing approval. This is a total joke. No communication, no one listens. Find a different installer.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. BAIT AND SWITCH. On Sept 15 they sold me Tesla 425 panels and gave me a contract that stated completion date of December 10, 2021. After multiple calls from the salesman telling me that they could not get the panels and would I accept lesser ones, three times, they finally came in January 2022 and installed a fourth type of panel that I never was told about or approved. Then they sent the wrong plans to the County Permitting Department, so when the inspector showed up the system failed the inspection. Now they had to go back through the whole process again and resubmit the correct plans. I finally got permission to operate April 10, 2022. The company has a "Reputation Management Department" and the person who contacted me said he wanted to help. I said well it is only fair that they should pay me for the higher electric bills I had to pay since, if the system was installed on time by the date of the contract, I would not have had to pay the higher electric bills. His words were, "yes we will pay you something" He just informed me that I will receive $83 dollars, (my bills were $600). The time I had to spend emailing, calling, and contacting them was hours and hours. Countless calls, countless delays, a completely different system than what I was sold originally, etc... STAY AWAY FROM FREEDOM FOREVER.

I have been the recipient of this companies service in Southern California for Solar Services and I HAVE TO SAY THEY ARE THE BEST! On all fronts, they get the job done quickly and effectively. They are professional and our sales representative was always available to help with questions, follow up, etc. Love our new systems! Would recommend and actually do recommend everyone who has not yet gone solar, to make sure and connect with Freedom's exceptional team!

I had a solar system installed by Freedom Forever on October 22, 2021. It is now February 5, 2022 and my system has produced power for less than one full day. I've made two payments on the loan for my solar system, and seen no reduction in my power bill. Freedom Forever says they will monitor your system to make sure it's working properly, but they obviously don't. When I downloaded and synced my Solar Edge app, I found out that my system produced power for a couple hours in the afternoon on 1/25 and a couple hours in the morning on 1/26, and that's it. I emailed Freedom Forever over a week ago, and I've called and spoken to their inept customer service department twice since then. You can't speak to anyone in the "monitoring" department - probably because there isn't one. They claim to "message" someone in the imaginary department, but nobody every responds. They will not respond to my requests by email or phone. I wish I had not contracted with Freedom Forever for my solar conversion. Learn from my mistake and select a more responsive and professional company than Freedom Forever. EDIT: I finally got a call on 2/10 to schedule a tech to come out and REPLACE a defective part in my brand new system. The tech came out on time and made the replacement without incident. I don't know if the fix worked, but they have made an effort to keep me in the loop. That was the problem in the first place. If they had simply told me that they needed to order a part, and as soon as it came in they would come install it, there would have been no need for a nasty review. As it is, I've changed my review to a 3 star - I can't justify anything more than that, as I feel that I've been provided below average customer service.

They are extremley difficult to reach. If you are expecting them to call you back, good luck. You have to keep calling and calling until someone answers.

Homeowners are paid at the rate that the utility charges for electricity while their system generates power You pay nothing up front. Instead, you'll get a bill for your loan once a month. That bill will be a lot less than what you pay for electricity right now
We have solar panels made by Hanwa, Panasonic, and LG. they run in wattage from 285 to 360 watts. We guarantee they will produce power for 25 years. If they ever stop working we fix them and reimburse you for any savings you lost while your system was down
