I loved this car wash in 2021. My car came out sparkling clean every single time. Halfway through 2022 I moved back to the area and purchased a subscription. I don't know what's different, but my car is not coming out clean and sparkly each time. My car is black and everything shows. The car wash has been so inconsistent lately. Sometimes it doesn't do the wheel shine, sometimes (most times) it is not getting the bugs off. 😑 When I was paying for each individual Ultimate car wash they gave me the drying towel, a dash wipe and an air freshener. Now with the subscription they just wave me through with nada. Today, I stopped and inquired. They said with the Ultimate subscription I can get a towel (ask for one) but not the air freshener and dash wipe. 🙄 I don't know if I'm gonna keep the subscription. Would really appreciate consistency and clear subscription benefits.

I got the monthly subscription to this place and the 4 times I’ve gone to wash my car 2 of the times were closed when they were supposed to be open. Doing the subscription is a scam at this point impossible to get your moneys worth for how often they close. Today they closed at 12:30pm

We live in a community with dirt roads so my truck doesn't stay clean. I have an account so when I come into town I run it thru the wash. Use it 2 to 3 times a week when I come down.

Don't get the cheapest wash, it does nothing. Don't get the most expensive either. Either 2 in the middle will do, $10 or $15 bucks. They give military discounts -$2 The vacuums actually work
