I was impressed the minute I walked in the door. I was greeted pleasantly and professionally. The wait time was minimal. I got more extensive care than my primary care office. The medical assistant was personable and careful. The doctor took time to explain the results from all test that were done. I have already told multiple friends about my experience.

I don’t understand when there is two people in front of me that it would take 2hours to be seen. My visit was 16 minutes and I got X-rays!! What do they do back there!?? Why did I get X-rays done when I came in for the flu/cold symptoms?? Besides to make the bill higher. I really never have a great experience there. Last time I came in , I got turned away because the doctors were filled with zoom appointments! A walk in clinic with NO walk in’s! Unbelievable!! But yes it’s better than the ER when wait time is 5 hours. So you can pick your battle location!!

Last week I went into Exer Urgent Care with a severely infected finger, and I could not have experienced more incredible service. My wait time was probably about 20 minutes. I saw the doctor 5 minutes later. She determined that the infection needed the expertise of an orthopedic specialist, and quickly made a call to get me an appointment that same day. Additionally, they took x-rays of the infected area so I could bring them with me to the orthopedic specialist to expedite that appointment. The entire experience was incredible. I can't say enough how amazing the staff and doctors were.

The experience was amazing! The staff was courteous and welcoming even as we came in a few hours before closing. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time and never seemed rushed, even though I'm sure there were a lot of patients to see. She saw something in the x-rays that the ER hospital did not find and was so compassionate and caring. The x-ray technician was pleasant and engaging and very gentle when taking x-rays. I almost felt like I was going to see my long time friends! I'm so glad I left the ER at the hospital to go to Urgent Care.

We have a Patient Portal on our website where you can access the results if they're back. Here is the link https://exerurgentcare.com/patientportal/ 1. You need to register first, using the same email you used when you came into the clinic. 2. Registration needs to be on a computer and not a mobile device at this time. 3. You'll also have to enter the YEAR first for your birth date, before you enter the month and day. 4. You can print out a copy of your results from the patient portal
They do ( I have insurance so not sure how much they'll charge). They're results come back in 48hrs.
Covid tests are free in CA. I am on Medicare. They do bill your insurance company if you are insured. Exer Urgent Care can do both types of tests, one hour(immediate) or 2 to 3 days. So you can definitely do the "immediate". You can make an appointment via their website but only the day before. BTW, it's very close to LAX, maybe 15 minutes.
Yes, they do accept insurances
Yes, I got my results 20 minutes after testing because I was positive. If you are negative you can review your test online through the portal.
Yes
A couple of hours. If you don't get a call by 9pm that day it's a negative result.
Please check with your insurance provider by calling the number on the back of your insurance card. We accept most PPOs, some HMOs, and Medicare for payment.
