DON’T get the membership. I understand that there are many restrictions due to Covid HOWEVER…… I’ve been unable to make an appointment due to their new schedule/hours. This location is always booked. I’ve now paid a full year membership only to be told that if I cancel I have 90 days to use 11 60min credits. This is ridiculous!!!!! I’ll never go back, recommend, nor spend another dime with this company.

I will start by saying that I have not actually had a massage at this location, so this review is purely based on their treatment of customers. I received and e-gift card for my birthday back in August and finally had the time to book an appointment. Got it scheduled online easy enough, but upon receiving my reminder was informed that the location is not accepting printed or electronic gift cards. I called and they stated that due to recent fraud they are not taking e-gift cards. I cannot understand how it is legal for them to not accept a payment method that they offered when my husband purchased the gift card for me a few months ago. I understand that there was fraud, but how does that make it okay for them the penalize who knows how many customers that received an electronic gift card?!

I had a massage on July 3 with Kevin in the Manhattan Beach facility. I am in the health profession & I take the covid19 precautions very seriously. As usual, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Everyone was very professional and took all of the precautions. Kevin did an excellent job. I can't wait until you open up again. This location always cancels on the day of. Has happened 3 times where they have a masseuse call in sick on the day we try to get a massage, then they reschedule only to cancel again. I do not recommend making an appointment because you will always be disappointed and more stressed out than before.
