This is a big Old Navy, but not many employees on the floor. I couldn't get help for what I was looking for.

Goro高貴な狼

Quite a large collection selection of clothing, workers offered plenty of help so there was no point in time in which I was confused. Offers restrooms at the back right of the store and rooms for trying on clothing directly in the center of the store which was nice. Self checkout was interesting but employees were there to help out lol

Grace & Grandma

Great customer care! My Grand daughter 🥰 (2) escaped Nana's grip and bolted away. The Old Navy team sprung into action and implemented the Amber alert controls they have in place and secured the entry and exits, communicated as a team and located my little Grace. Great teamwork! Thank you all!

It's thanksgiving day and my Mrs just has to buy some gifts. It is 4 pm and the store is fully stocked and staffed. We easily found what we were looking for and despite it being thanksgiving evening the workers were helpful and courteous. Kudos.
