I always receive excellent care at UCLA Woodland Hills. I just saw Dr. Frochtzwaig for walk in weekend urgent care. My experience with him was excellent- he made me feel very comfortable and he was so kind. Dr Frochtzwaig was patient and cheerfully took time to answer my questions and explain symptoms & condition.

There is nothing URGENT about this place. This place closes for lunch. The front staff did not prioritize my new born baby who has a fever. They were not staffed well for a holiday. The front staff are NOT friendly or empathetic. The front staff literally try to turn away customers by notifying there is another urgent care around the corner. You might as well go to any other basic urgent care place this does NOT feel like it's a part of the UCLA family of care.

As good as it gets. Went during a the day on a weekday and got seen almost immediately. The care I received was thorough and very efficient. VERY impressive.

Scheduled twice with a Dr and was cancelled a day before twice. They have no respect for patients time and needs. Do not recommend this place at all. Find an alternative provider and save time and energy.
