July 15, 2021 I lost my childhood cat unexpectedly. We took her to Gateway the next day and the staff was extremely sincere and patient with how emotional I was losing my baby girl. I paid for the cremation, a peice of jewelry and a heart shaped clay paw print in addition to the standard circle one that came with the package so my brother could have a piece of Cheeky as well. However when I picked up Cheeky's ashes, I only had the heart shaped paw. Gateway apologized sincerely and was able to make a copy at no extra cost. A year later, while it still hurts me to even hold her urn, I'm grateful to be able to have her with me after moving across the country. I now have a dog that who sometimes looks at Cheeky's ashes and I can tell she understands what they are and how much they mean to me. I plan on taking her paw print and getting a tattoo remembrance peice, which is something I wouldn't have been able to do without Gateway being there when I needed them. I'll always recommend you guys to all my friends back home if them ever have the misfortune to need you.

We had to have our sweet Nyx put to sleep due to a mass in her stomach. It was devastating for us. We weren’t willing to lose her completely and felt cremation was our option to keeping her with us. So many other companies we called were trying to charge us outrageous amounts of money to have our baby cremated. Gateway was amazing. They were so caring and understanding and they didn’t try to price gouge us in our most difficult time. They took great care with our girl and got her home to us, beautifully and for that I’m grateful.

The overall service was very good with only 1 problem. I received my horses ashes in a week, tho the hospital told me it would take a month. There was also a hoofprint in plaster that came with the ashes which was a surprise and very greatly appreciated. However, a name was spelled incorrectly on the certificate and I left a message requesting a corrected one. I have heard nothing back so guess they do not think this is a problem.

I requested my horse’s ashes to be shipped to my house and also requested to be informed prior to shipping so I can track the package. I provided both email and cell Phone number. They agreed to inform me when the package is shipped via UPS and signature is required. I couldn’t believe that they did not call nor Email me when they shipped out the urn and they shipped it to the WRONG address. They shipped the urn to the barn where they picked up the body. UPS confirmed that the shipper did NOT request a signature. Please do NOT send your beloved pet to them.

Yes there is I George Putnam he was a news reporter and him and his Palomino has been buried there there is also a monkey butt for going to say so I can't remember the monkey's name there are some famous animals over there if you go into the front gate over to your right is the older part of the cemetery it's been there very long time there are some famous animals there
It depends on the weight, but if it's under 75 lbs it is currently $80. That's the base cremation cost. Sorry didn't reread your question, yes for 9 lbs $80.
Walk ins are fine. Just pull in the drive way ring the bell. Someone will come out to u. They are very friendly here. Love them

They go by weight anything up to 15 pounds is $80. We took a bunny and it cost $80. That is the starting price. You get a paw print and cute box with the animals name engraved for that price.
50 lbs and under is 100.00 I believe 50 and above is 120.00 I have been going to gateway for 20 years all my pets have been cremated by them they are the best

I have been using Gateway for 20 years. They are fantastic. There are never group creations. They are all single. The staff are wonderful. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

It cost us 110 dollars.we took our Lab to the San Bernardino Humane Society. They took care of her. When it was done we picked up her remains at the Humane Society.

Im sorry for your loss. Wrap the body and store in a fridge for no smell (not a freezer). Alternatively, lay the dog on cold concrete unwrapped/uncovered, that should be ok until tomorrow when they open as long as the concrete stays cool. They can store her tomorrow in their fridge until they can do the cremation.
