I have been using Gateway for 20 years. They are fantastic. There are never group creations. They are all single. The staff are wonderful. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
I have had several pets cremated there and have no reason to suspect my loved ones were ever cremated in a group. They have always been treated with the level of respect I expect.
Even their group cremation is done seperately there are metal dividers between multiple pets so the ashes are never co-mingled. I swear by them always returning only my pets ashes. No mix ups. The bag sizes and weight are spot on.
