The dealership gave me a list of "requiring immediate attention" items after my routine oil change. I brought the concerns to William and he took care of everything, also told me that one of the recommended "immediate" repairs was not necessary, and also recommended that I have someone take a look at a brake drum that was making a funny sound (as they don't do breaks) which the dealership never mentioned. William is a stand-up guy who does great work and he is honest! It's so clear he really cares about his customers. We've been here several times and we don't plan to go anywhere else.
