I would strongly suggest you take your car elsewhere. I took my car in there for the first time to get the right front passenger door replaced from an insurance claim. They replaced it but the people that worked on my car handed over my car in not the same condition as I took the car to them in. As you can see from the images, the driver's seat was left dirty with a white powder and also found all over the dashboard of the car, scratches throughout the car, and the car was making a loud whistling sound from the door the worked on whenever I exceeded 55 mph. After talking to their staff, I took the car in about four times when none of this should've happened in the first place. If they were a professional and careful staff, they would've protected the seat of my car, cleaned it if they left any dust in it, and not scratch my car. However, not even installing the door was done right because it was causing a lot of noise, as I said above, when driving over 55 mph. The most recent issue is, a rubber seal along the door they worked on has started to come off very close to the front windshield. Very frustrated with these people even after months of them working on my car. Take and buy a Toyota from a different dealer. I'm glad I got mine from Toyota Santa Margarita. I was reading through some of the other people leaving reviews, and some of the have experienced the same issues as I have. Beware!

I made an appointment the day before my visit, they got me in quick like a cheetah bunny! I dropped my car off for an oil change and in less than 90 min I got a call my car was ready. They set me up with my own customer service agent she gave me her cell number if I had any questions. When I checked out they offered me a voucher for a free car wash down the street! So impressed! Thank you all so much. The inside of the place looks like a high end resort you can go to for coffee, snacks, movie night and more. Very fancy.

Took my RAV4 here for the first time for 30k service and was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the entire experience. I had an appointment and when I pulled up to the service lane someone immediately greeted me and took my information. The tires were checked in the service lane while I waited for my service advisor. At the end of my service, I received paperwork breaking down the services performed on my vehicle as well as prices. My car was pulled around to the front within minutes of me paying and checking out. Overall, the experience was easy, efficient, and every employee there seemed professional and friendly.

After having an excellent service advisor and relationship in AZ, I just moved to CA and had to find a new place for service. I am thrilled to have chosen Toyota Carlsbad for my service! They are thorough, professional, punctual and my service advisor, Codey F was amazing! My car was ready quicker than estimated and the customer lounge was super comfortable while I waited. It’s nice to know I can continue my service at such a wonderful Toyota service center near my new CA home!
