Sherlock Air company van that has been blocking exclusive right-of-way access to our driveway for since 8/15/22 On 8/15/22, the owner (Aaron) of Sherlock Air was contacted with a friendly request to have his company van moved from in front of my friends home (where I am a houseguest). Note that the vehicle has been parked in front of the home on and off for 3 months straight. Aaron agreed to speak with his employee (Jose) who parks it directly in front of our driveway and told me personally that he would have Jose move the van. That evening Jose proceeded to block right-of-way access to our driveway yet again. It is now 8/23/22 and the van is still parked in front of our home. Due to the orientation of our driveway, coupled with the fact that we live on a blind corner, it is extremely dangerous to have this vehicle parked in its location. Further, there is a fire hydrant at the corner. Aaron's employee Jose is intentionally parking his vehicle in such a manner that we cannot get out of our driveway (to understand the issue better, our 3-car garage narrows to single width at the entrance to the driveway and if parked in the 1st or 3rd bay of the garage must angle your vehicle to get out of the driveway). This is dangerous to vehicles, adults, children, pets if there is a van blocking access out of the driveway. If one of our vehicles is hit by another vehicle coming around the blind corner, Sherlock Air will be responsible. If one of the occupants (including pets) of this home are injured or killed, Sherlock Air will be responsible. Dean (Jose's direct boss) returned a call from the homeowner today, and let me tell you, Dean does not give a damn that his employee is intentionally blocking right-of-way access, nor does he think it is inappropriate for his employee to intentionally harass the homeowner. Dean was also told that I had 8 hand surgeries resulting from complications with doxorubicin for TNBC treatment which make it difficult for me to make sharp turns getting out of the driveway. This "gentleman" had the audacity to tell me perhaps I should not be driving. Let me be clear Sherlock Air, I completed physical therapy months ago and was cleared for driving, so don't go there with me. Your company van is the issue. The owner of Sherlock Air has been given addresses of both properties and can see there is no reason his employee should be parking down the street, around a corner, and in front of another person's house. Sherlock Air has been reported to the Code Enforcement Division of the City of Temecula and they still don't care. Mental note, should we ever need a plumber in the future, Sherlock Air is not the company we will contact. Sherlock Air is extremely passive aggressive, unprofessional, and enjoying (encouraging) their employee to harass us.

Sherlock Plumbing, Heating, & Air was amazing! Our AC died, and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Sherlock sets the bar so high on what customer service, top quality service and value should really be. The amazing reviews online already was a good sign but Jimmy was the man that made everything fall into place. He came over and shared with us a few different options for us. We felt comfortable with him the entire process and everything that was said to be done was done. The install was easy and the team was super communitive the entire time.
