This was my first time at lake trout windsor mill and I will be returning. I very much enjoyed the fish chicken platter. Fish was very tasty and so were the chicken wings. Think I will give the baked chicken a try next. Very friendly and pleasant staff so nice simply delightful experience.

I ordered the lake trout lunch combo. Price was ok, the fish tasted wonderful, it was seasoned well, good battering, but, I have never had so many fish bones on my life, my goodness. The fry the fish with the fins still on and the bones still in. So if you like picking your fried fish apart to pull out the bones and still getting 4-6 bones per bite go here. Honestly I don't know why you would go to all the effort of frying fish (which was done well and tasted great) without removing the skin, bones & fins? EDIT: Added a photo of after I deboned the second piece of fish. Also after finishing my meal, without the batter (which fell apart because I had to deboned the fish myself) the fish tasted just ok, kind of bland tbh.

My 1st time visiting this establishment I found that the fish was OK the sides are on season on season the greens on season the game's watery potato salad has no taste of salad taste at all I give this a thumbs down I will never visit the place again not a very good experience
