Just had a horrible experience with this place. Ordered online to be delivered. Tracking app said delivered waited 20 min no pizza then call to ask about pizza on hold for 15 minutes tells us that we can cancel but there were other deliveries and we would be there shortly. We try to go on the app to cancel and guess what. We can't cancel because they already put it in the system as delivered. Then they arrive 30 minutes later with cold pizza. Says to call to cancel and get refund. (I sent the pizza back to the shop incase anyone is wondering). Then waited on hold for another 25min. While I was on hold my girlfriend drove to the location to see if that was faster. I finally got someone on the phone and start to calmly tell them what happened. They hung up. Then my girl gets there and guess what. THERE ARE 8 PEOPLE WORKING THERE AND NO ONE ELS IN THE STORE. She explained the situation again calmly and no apology just told here she would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. I used to like domino's. Please get it together. It will be a few months to a year when all the employees quit before I come back. Oh and thanks for the customer service guy who kept telling us how important our order and business was to us on hold.

Good pizza for the price and pasta is ok too. The cheesy bread was like a block of semi melted cheese with some not fully cooked dough so I won't order thst again. This location gets my order wrong often and items missed when delivered. Frustrating.

This is the 3rd time I call and never answer. I'm on hold for more then 5 min and it just hangs up. I ordered online but wanted my wings well done because it doesn't give u the option online.

Today they took my $20s. A difgerent person took the order. Never tell them if you have to use a $100 bill I guess. Last week we didn't get anything. Would not deliver because we only had our "usual $100.00 bills." We were starving too. They" had taken $100.00 bills from us in the past, too. We are 2 old people 2 hungry ones. Very nasty policy, that is NOT stated on their website at all. We tip too. Every week they take our hundred dollar bills. And ya wonder what"a wrong with America. 100 is not a retirement. We Top Ramen tonight. Thank you Domno's. I want AN APOLOGY FROM THE OWNER.

Very bad service. I placed an online order ND choose delivery never arrived. Try getting my refund back since I payed with card ND who ever answered decided to just hang my call.

These people are so ghetto they are trying to refuse my refund. I placed an order over the phone and decided to go pick it up. They mistakenly sent the same exact order to my home which my son paid for. So we paid double. Their giving me the run around and i called cooperater three times still nothing

Why are some of the managers at DOMINO'S SO FAVORITISM OVER CERTAIN EMPLOYEES AND BEING DISRESPECTFUL TOWARD OTHER EMPLOYEES .

2 expirations 1 they've known that employee longer or 2 the have a beyond work relationship with each other I know this because that's what happened to me when I used to work in domino's in Las Vegas nv and so for that reason I quit and moved to California and became a mechanic

I thought ex employee weren't supposed to be in the store cooking and messing around in the office and then have things disappear and not in uniform. Wouldn't that look bad or is it ok to have ex employees around the store

I suppose this would not look proper, unless they were trying to help. Maybe something disappeared because ex employee had been there, but someone else could be envolved, good cover up, so hard to prove. Either way have to have proof, such as camera maybe caught all activity. Regardless ex employee should not be behind counter or in office. My opinion as a customer and person.

How come Domino's Pizza can't be honest with the customers ? About DELIVERY TIME Why lie to the customers . And charge a high price for Delivery.

I don't understand either but I know I didn't pay for my pizza yesterday night because when it was delivered I ordered a half sausage half pepperoni and when I checked it both sausage and pepperoni were gone and I called domino's and complained about it turned out that the driver they hired was arrested and fired upon return to domino's for shoplifting and driving while under the influence of a control substance so there for I no longer go to domino's
