I’ve lived here for over 4 years I can’t complain too much although they can do some touching up on the apartments. When I first moved here my tile flooring wasn’t updated it was very old and needed to be replaced however I didn’t complain because their low income.. The kids in the building are bad and disrespectful towards adults but other than that haven’t been too bad of an experience..

My son and I have lived here 2 years now and I'm so happy we chose to move to these apartments. The manager David is always available and they work fast to get things done and handled. Being disabled having something not work can be a big hassle but David and maintenance always seem to take care of everything in a speedy manner. Also very helpful if I have problems or questions, and very nice and patient. I couldn't of chosen a better complex for myself and my son. Thank you David and everyone else who helps Orange Blossom run!

The rents are set at levels that are affordable to a variety of income levels, but the rents are not based on each individual tenant's specific income. Please contact the onsite manager to find out the rent level you might qualify for.
Not sure you would have to call the office. But i think it's based on your income
