I don’t recommend working here at all I came to do a favor and work here and there is a lady in Noc shift that pass medication and sits down while one cna one only mops the whole place and does loads of laundry you have to do those whole making sure u keep an eye on the patients and change all of em every two hours how can I do all that ? Only me too of that no sitting down for 5 hours none stop trying to finish you don’t even got time for a break why are we stuck cleaning loads of laundry and mopping I notice how the shift before me leaves the bathroom full of dirty linens you do all that for such a little pay I even hurt My back here I told My agency and no one helped me

Am very happy with the continuing care my brother is receiving. The staff is well trained in interacting with dementia patients at all levels. Management is proactive in responding to questions/concerns and maintains an open line of communication with family. They do a remarkable job in often trying situations.

I don't write reviews very often, but I could not be more happy with the care my loved one receives at Desert Hills. Anyone who has cared for someone with Dementia will understand the extreme amount of stress involved. Desert Hills has completely removed that stress for me. I never have to worry if my loved one is being well cared for, or if I'm going to receive a late night call about something she did that puts her place there in jeopardy. I'd give them ten stars if I could.

My husband has been well cared for at Desert Hills Memory Care in Hemet for a year and a half. The staff seems to respect the residents and they do their best to keep our loved ones safe, clean and active to the best of their abilities. Families are offered educational and social opportunities. I very much appreciate Desert Hills.
