They come to your house and paint this pretty picture of how they are a phone call away to help you and they make it seems like they have great customer service but once the make you sign the contract they ghost you and it is so hard to get ahold of anyone to come service you. They say that you have a technician assigned specifically for you and I am still waiting to hear from him. They leave your dog gates open and leave trash behind from their service. I can’t believe I have 17 months left with these people. When you call the customer service number they also tend to be rude. Save your self the stress and look elsewhere for service. Update: they have came out and completed some of the work finally but I will post pictures so you can see the quality for yourself. This is all stuff I will have to redo if I ever decide to sell my house because it looks so sloppy. The workers that have came out to do the work are very nice and friendly but the quality of work is not up to par. I called to say I had wasp and that I must have a nest somewhere and they came out and found nothing, four days late I discovered 2. They keep blaming bees and wasp activity on my pool but I didn’t have this issue the previous summer. Also if you schedule and inspection and Michael is your inspector please be hyper alert. He is like a used car salesman. He will try to relate to you specially if you were military and offer you the stars and the moon and vanish when he collects your signature. He will tell you have termites so you can sign up for service and in reality you don’t. I had the exclusion done and this how the patched up my entry points.

I’m so extremely happy with this service! They had done an awesome job on exterminating my house.. I used to see lots of black widows outside my house and now they are gone!! Thank you so much! I really recommend them.

I was beyond appalled at the apathy and disrespect shown to my Spanish speaking family. I tried to explain to James, the “professional” called out to do our inspection that I was unable to see any signs of the pests, (i live out of town and my family called me worried they may have seen something) James arrive 30 minutes early and didn’t apologize or give a heads up about his early arrival. When asked to point them out to me, he pointed at a small dot on the ground that i picked up and it was a crumb of dirt -_-. He then proceeded to refuse to continue the inspection claiming (they are here you NEED THIS TREATMENT), although I told him I was still worried about it, but would like evidence there is a pest before booking him.He tried to show me something outside (We had recently moved a couch outside) and when he realized he was being unconvincing, because he couldn’t point at any specific thing, was just making general broad sweeps over the couch, he said I’m leaving. When I asked why He called my family weird, made mean looks at my family and proceeded to storm out. When I told him I would file a complaint he said “me too” snarled and kept walking away… this man obviously was not a professional and I’m still in shock at how little empathy he showed to the situation. Saying “If they aren’t going to book then I’m leaving” to which I explained that I was the one that was going to pay so there is no need to harass my family.
