I placed an ordered via drive thru. I asked for no sauce on my burger and got sauce on it. I took the burger back and the staff redid my order. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back again.

I had this from last week. Amazing food. Piping hot fresh made fries, superb freshly made sandwich and the drink was spot on. This is exactly how Carls Jnr should be! The Benton Location should take training from the Scott Rd because Scott has everything perfect!

Food was ok this time around. A little cold but ok. Lots of choices. Family friendly. High chairs. TVs. AC. Drink dispensers unlimited. Lota of sauces. Super courteous staff, best anywhere. Lots od seats and covid guidelunes. Lots of parking

Literally got a burger with no patty... seriously? Lol this is why I try to avoid fast food because the employees have attitudes or the food is never right. Management needs to check on their staff because idk how high you have to be to make a complete burger with sauce and everything and still forget the patty.
