I'm a new resident here and have to say, the office staff are wonderful. They are expediently responsive, always helpful and don't treat people like 2nd class citizens because we are renters. Most properties treat you great, until you move in. Then you are an annoying distraction and they let you know it. Not the case here. Martin, Cindy and Alma very nice and always willing to help with any questions or requests. If I had one complaint, it's parking. It's not assigned and it's full here so it's tight. Overall, a great place to call home.The neighbors are friendly, everyone have pets and they keep the property immaculate.

I would like to start off by saying thank you to all the helpful and wonderful staff at Fountain Glen Grand Isle. The property is super clean, and residents are really nice! I feel so comfortable having my grandparents living here. Martin, in the office, helped make it such a smooth transition for my grandparents to move, it was AMAZING!

I have lived at FountainGlen Grand Isle for 4 years and am very happy here. The apartments and grounds are lovely and well kept. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Tammy and Martin in the office always go above and beyond to be helpful, and the entire team here is the best! Great place to live.

The Apartment Homes here are in a great location shops and banking are walking distance . Cindy the leasing agent who helped me showed all the different apartments and floor plans I was interested in. She was very professional and informative . These photographs are from my balcony.

You and your mother may apply to rent at FountainGlen Grand Isle. She would qualify as the primary resident over the age 55, and since you are over the age of 45, you could age qualify as her secondary occupant.
The qualifying resident must be 55 or older to reside at a 55+ community.
Yes, we accept qualified public housing assistance vouchers when all other screening criteria has been met. Please contact the community directly for more information.
