Very disappointed with WM on all fronts! Often during trash/ recycling pick-up, trash is dumped from bins and left on the streets. Last week, only 1/2 of our recycling was picked up and both bins were left in the street. Customer Service is no better.. They are aware that WM is the only game in town and it shows! My experience is that they have no desire to create happy customers as there are no other options.

The 4 free dumps per year works out great. Easy in and out at the Stead facility. Now if we can get people to use the 4 free dumps per year instead of dumping things out in the desert.

Yes. The free residential dumps allow for approximately 2 cubic yards of refuse to be dumped for free. 2 cubic yards is almost exactly a full size truck bed filled level to the bed rails.
I know auto zone and O'Reillys takes old oil. More than likely they'll take old gas as well, but call to find out. If not, they'll know where to take it
