Every email and every phone call was answered, they worked within my budget and, more importantly, worked within by time frame. After the door was professionally installed, I received a phone call from the owner to ask if my experience was a good one. And it certainly was!

We recently purchased Fleetwood Sliding Doors for the second time from John Jensen at One Stop. Although there were delays from the manufacturer, John and team were able to work with Fleetwood to deliver part of the order early so we could complete framing first and minimize further delays. The quality of the products is fantastic.

I wished I had read the review before getting windows from this company. They have the WORST COSTUMER SERVICE. They do not answer your call and do not call you back even if you requested in the voice mail. The quality of the windows was not good either. I spent 20K on the windows and half of the locks broke within half year. I had been calling them and even go to the store in person to remind them to replace the locks every week. And guess what? they still have not come over and fix my problem. Having windows with broken locks made me feel unsafe because anyone could break in to my house anytime when I'm not home. I would never choose this company because after they got your money, your on your own risk.
