I bought a NeoNoe in May of 2021. The bag had some unusual wear issues on the bottom so I consulted with them on a repair. I agreed to the possible 6 month turn around time. After a few weeks I got a call from the LV in Bloomingdale’s and they said instead of a repair they would replace my bag. The high level of Customer Service from this Management Team was Outstanding!!! The entire staff in Costa Mesa are all exceptional individuals with a high level of professionalism. I am so pleased with LV and their efforts to put their Customers first. Thus, I highly recommend shopping at this location!!!

Gosh! Be sure to be in line when they open. Thanks to Covid LV line is long, literally forever to get in. But I was greeted and everyone in the store was so nice. Lots to choose from.. So many LV items, everything is so beautiful. The mall is very nice. Every designer you could think of there’s a store in this Costa Mesa Mall. Not to mention almost everyone you see walking around wearing some type of designer bag/purse shoes, belt mostly the women though. There’s also a couple stores in this mall. One on the 1st floor the other on the second. I had to visit both, one store didn’t have what I was looking for..
