The south coast plaza Rolex Boutique is absolutely a great place for buying Rolex . Finally is totally worth for the waited time. I been in store couple times!!!!! I’m truly truly Glad to met Christina Wong, she is professional with incredible knowledge skills . Christina took her time to explain each Rolex detail with me. She is More than Professional + super Friendly and very Helpful. 5 stars ⭐️ customer service ❤️🙏🏻 Basically any questions you have when you enter the store Christina will definitely can help you out. After I purchased my Rolex I find out she actually speak Cantonese. I got my First Rolex with such a great experience and memorable. I am looking forward for next time. I knew some people being upset about the waiting list for Rolex ,But I think Rolex is definitely worth for the wait. If you agree with me Rolex is a piece of ART . I will definitely come back, because I’m in love with Rolex.

Been to several other boutique store's in DC and NY and this one is by far the best. Ali's services are second to none; prompt, diligent and was able to get exactly what I wanted. My family buys watches here often and I expect that this location will always be my choice go-to for future purchases. A comfortable, great experience. Highly recommended!

If I could give more than five stars to this store I would. After being on waiting lists for almost two years and even traveling to France this past November looking to purchase my first Rolex watch, I grew tired of waiting. I decided to go mid December to Rolex South Coast Plaza and try once again. I was assisted by Sarah who is so professional and kind. She promised me to help me in getting the watch of my dreams even without having a purchase history. After a little more than just a month, I got a call from her yesterday to let me know that my watch had arrived! What a beautiful surprise before Valentines. Sarah, I have no words to express my gratitude. You are amazing!!💗

My husband and I went to Rolex South Coast Plaza to purchased my first Rolex back in June 2021. We were greeted by Kathy Pham who graciously assisted us to special order the perfect Rolex for me. Even though I had to wait 7 months to get it, at the end the wait was worth it. I got the Rolex of my dreams and I couldn’t have got it if it weren’t for Kathy’s helped and patience all these months.
